"The offices appear to have a predominantly Spanish-speaking clientele, and the staff is more than prepared to handle all comments, questions, or concerns. They are growing rapidly, so sometimes there may be a slight wait, but the staff is friendly and welcoming, acknowledging you and making you feel heard and seen. The main person leading the team is Joel—phenomenal—and his managers—Carla and Cedric—are excellent in their roles.
